Cherubi is an official Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is #420 in the National PokéDex.
It is found in Miato's Quartz Forest, and is the start of the evolutionary line eventually leading into Cherisol.
It is also a perfect indication that Japan utterly loves sticking kawaii-desu faces on vegetable material and/or inanimate objects and calling them creatures.
