Dragonflight is an ability.
Effect
In battle
Dragonflight makes the Pokémon immune to Ground-type moves and will activate when hit by one.
When activated, the same-type attack bonus calculated for using an attack of the Pokémon's type (or types, for dual-typed users) is increased to one of 100% rather than 50% (similar to the bonus conferred by the Adaptability ability). Subsequent hits by Ground-type moves will not provide further increase in power, but the Pokémon still remains immune to their effects.
Moves that revoke the ground immunity of Flying-types and levitating Pokémon (such as Roost, Smack Down and Gravity) also negate the Ground immunity of Pokémon with Dragonflight. However, if a Pokémon with Dragonflight has been knocked down before it received the bonus and gets hit by a Ground move, the bonus will still be activated.
Out of battle
This ability has no effect out of battle.
