Dragonair is an official Dragon-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is #148 in the National PokéDex.
It is found in Miato's Beryl Lake (though exceedingly rarely) and has two evolutionary paths in the region of Miato - one is its official evolutionary path ending in Dragonite, and the other is an alternate evolutionary path ending in Cry.Dragon*.
There are rumors that it is not a Pokémon but, in fact, an -eff!- ing Chinese Myth Dragon, but that is a different story altogether.
For more information on Dragonair, see its Bulbapedia entry.
