Biology
Spinettle is a quadrupedal, archosaurid Grass/Electric-Type Pokémon resembling a Stegosaur. Like its previous form, its scales are emerald green in hue with some yellow markings. The leaf buds on its back unfurled and became broad nettle leaves, and a spinal ridge of darker scutes now connects its electric organs. These scutes are a combination of a conductor and a capacitor, taking in excess electric charges and distributing them evenly along its body. Spinettle may divert its charged electricity to its tail - marked with an array of four wicked spikes - and strike the enemy with these.
Like their previous form, Spinettle are browsing herbivores, feeding on low-growing shrubs and bushes. They tend to form herds.
Name Meaning
A combination of 'spine' and 'nettle'.
Origin of Design
Spinettle is based on a stegosaurid and on spinning nettles.
Locations
Spinettle may be rarely found in some deeper sections of Quartz Forest.
