Wildburst is a damage-dealing Grass-type multi-hit move. It is the signature move of the Wisprite line.
Description
The user channels wild energies through the crystals on its body and fires them in rays that converge on the foe and the ground below it. Shortly after, the groudn bursts into wild tangled growth that strikes the foe again suddenly..
Effects
Wildburst does damage, hitting twice per use. The first hit has a 10% chance of causing the opponent to flinch, whereas the second hit does doubled damage (equivalent to base 60, rendering the base power of the move in its entirety equivalent to 90) and has a 20% change of causing the opponent to flinch. Each hit made has an equal chance to be a critical hit.
