Leafeon

Leafeon is an official Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is #470 in the National PokéDex.
It evolves from Eevee when leveled up in the presence of a Moss Rock. In Miato, one can be found at the Tiger's Eye Grove.
The only thing that stops Leafeon from reigning supreme over the Eeveelution throne is the fact it only gets Leaf Blade at level Obscenely Fucking Late. Or at least it did until BW2 made it even more badass. Of course, you can only get to where you can evolve it in BW2 post-game which makes the point exorbitantly moot.
