Axial Tilt
Axial Tilt is a damage-dealing Fairy-type move. It is the signature move of the Ssn.Vee* line.
Description
The user draws the power of the moon into itself and flies into a frenzied dance, releasing the energy in ribbons of light. An enemy struck by such a ribbon may be afflicted with confusion - though eventually, the excess energy has a similar effect on the user.
Effects
Axial Tilt deals damage and has an additional effect which varies based on the user.
When used by Ssn.Vee* or by any other Pokémon, this attack has no additional effect, and its base power is reduced to 80. When used by Winterora, for the duration of the turn it is used, the user takes 1/2 of the damage from super-effective moves used against it. When used by Sprairie, the attack has a 50% chance of also trapping the opponent for four to five turns, preventing switching and escaping. During the turns it is trapped, it will be damaged by 1/8 of its maximum HP each turn. When used by Summorgana, the attack has a 30% chance of reducing the target's accuracy one stage. When used by Falancholy, the next attack used by the user will be powered up by the amount of HP recovered by the user through the effects ofGrim Touch as a result of its use.
