Dreadflare
Dreadflare is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move. It is one of the signature moves of Carbright.
Description
The user's body shines brightly as it is enveloped in turquoise flames once more - drawing them to a point and releasing them all at once at a target in a blinding pillar of light, its body reverting to its previous form as it touches down on the ground once again.
Effects
Dreadflare deals damage, ignoring any of the target's resistances or immunities. Once the move is used, the user's transformation ends immediately and the move is replaced immediately with Draconic Trance. Dreadflare shares its PP pool with Draconic Trance.
This move can only be successfully used by Carbright (or a Pokémon that has transformed into Carbright) when it is in its Demiwyrm form, and will fail otherwise. Additionally, it cannot be called on by moves which call other moves.
Pokémon that learn this move
This move cannot be learned normally or permanently – it replaces Draconic Trance when in Demiwyrm Form, and is immediately replaced by Draconic Trance once used or the transformation expires.
