Grim Touch is an ability. It is the signature ability of Falancholy.
Effect
In battle
A Pokémon with this ability absorbs up to 25% of the damage dealt to a target by any of its damaging moves and restores it as HP. If an attack dealt 1 HP of damage, Grim Touch will absorb 1 HP - and if the attack broke a Substitute, no HP will be restored.
Grim Touch will not attempt to heal a Pokémon beyond its HP maximum. It is not affected by Liquid Ooze and will absorb more HP if a Big Root is held.
Out of battle
This ability has no effect out of battle.
