Shard Rain is a damage-dealing Crystal-type multi-hit move.
Description
The rears up and then slams down to the ground in a rapid, whipping motion, releasing a hail of crystal shards (these may derive from scales, feathers or other crystalline projections) from its body to rain down on its foe.
Effects
Shard Rain does damage, hitting 2-5 times per use. There is a 37.5% chance that it will hit 2 times, a 37.5% chance that it will hit 3 times, a 12.5% chance that it will hit 4 times, and a 12.5% chance that it will hit 5 times. This gives the attack an average power of 75. Each hit made has an equal chance to be a critical hit and a 8% chance of causing the opponent to flinch (to a maximum of 40%).
