Tidal Rage is a damage-dealing Grass-type move, most closely associated with the Jawsea line.

Description

The user envelops itself in water and entered a frenzied attack state, attuning itself to the currents around it and using them to its own advantage in order to strike more accurate, powerful blows. Eventually, however, the user's own motions disrupt the surrounding currents, disorienting the user and interrupting the attack.

Effects

Tidal Rage strikes consecutively for 2-3 turns (though PP is deducted only on the turn Tidal Rage is called) - after which the user becomes confused.

The attack is disrupted if it is not successful due to missing, sleeping, paralysis, freeze, flinching, a Protecting target, or Wonder Guard immunity. If a disruption occurs on what would have been the final, confusion-inducing turn of Outrage, the user will still become confused.
