Biology
Twillant is an insectoid Bug-Type Pokémon resembling a somewhat anthropomorphized winged ant. They are much darker in color than their previous form, with segments ranging between dark brown and black, possessing violet markings and claws. Their head has developed a sharp, backwards facing crest and the large, club-shaped antennae of their previous form give way to an array of four hyper-sensitive segmented antennae, capable of sensing a far wider range of signals. Their abdomen developed a sharp stinger and their second pair of appendages has differentiated to sport a razor sharp pair of claws which they use for quick, short ranged and particularly dangerous stabs.
Unlike Formarch, Twillant are solitary predators, and have a rather distinctive style of combat - utilizing surprise attacks to debilitate their foes and strengthen themselves before finally striking - often with an increased priority move. They are surprisingly tough defensively
Name Meaning
