Effect
In battle
A Pokémon with this Ability will always make the first move in the first turn it can act (This means the first turn of battle if it is sent in right away, or the first turn in which it can attack if it is switched into battle). This single priority action trumps switching out, rotating, using items, escaping or the charging of Focus Punch.
Out of battle
This ability has no effect out of battle.
