Glaceon

Glaceon is an official Ice-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is #471 in the National PokéDex.

It evolves from Eevee when leveled up in the presence of a Snow Rock. In Miato, one can be found at the Obsidian Ridge.

I'm not saying that it's just an Umbreon that was dipped in teal paint and had a stupid hat glued on, I'm not saying that... I'm just saying that's exactly what Glaceon fucking is.
