Tesla Targe is a non-damaging Electric-type move.
Description
The user generates a circular shield of electric energy from its arm and takes a defensive stance, using it to block an oncoming move.
Effects
When a Syonan Raichu uses Tesla Charge in its Blade Stance, its form is changed to Shield Stance.
Tesla Targe protects the user from any moves except status moves for that turn, the user's next attack is boosted by 25% of the damage it would have taken had the protect effect not engaged.
Pokémon that learn this move
Tesla Charge can only be learned and used by Raichu (Syonan Form)
