Flaaffy is an official Electric-type Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It is #180 in the National PokéDex.
It evolves from Mareep and has two evolutionary paths in the region of Miato - one is its official evolutionary path ending in Ampharos, and the other is an alternate evolutionary path ending in Blizargali.
It's also, essentially, a pink poodle sheep having a bad hair day.
