Onyx City is a town located in the northwest of the Miato Region.
To the east of Onyx City is Route 1, while the west exit from it leads to Route 2.
Description
Onyx City is one of the smaller cities of Miato - just a little more than a town. The roofs of its buildings are deep blue to the point of black.

Onyx City Trainer School
Onyx City's Trainer School is more elaborate than most main-series Trainer Schools, and offers more in-depth information regarding various aspects of the game - including but not limited to type advantages, status ailments, how to catch Pokémon and assorted general information regarding the history of the region, various Pokémon species, etc. All the annoying tutorials the games would shove down your throat are available here to be reviewed - or ignored - at your leisure.
Onyx City Gym
Having a somewhat Gothic design dominated by black marble arches inset with small, luminous gems evocative of the night sky, the Onyx City gym opens its gates to challengers at nighttime. Raven, the Gym Leader, will bestow the Eclipse Badge on those challengers who defeat her and her Dark-type Pokémon.
